I had the pleasure of learning to drive with Jean, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! I am an anxious driver and I had learned before in London with different driving instructors and failed my driving tests. From the very first lesson I had with Jean, she made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Her teaching style is patient, clear, and tailored to my individual needs. Jean is very organised and prepare her lessons very well to ensure all the skills and routes are covered.

Jean boosted my confidence when I thought I was not able to do it, she is very caring, kind and patient. She was always punctual, reliable, and supportive throughout the entire process, which helped me stay focused and motivated.

Thanks to her expert guidance, I passed my driving test and still can’t believe it! She helped me to overcome all my fears and anxieties when driving.

They seem to work really well together and make you feel great about learning with them, I had Jean and what a women she is, she is, so kind, calming and supportive she really makes you believe in yourself, you don’t feel under pressure she also isn’t just a driving instructor she becomes a friend, And for someone who overthinks and has little self confidence was brilliant in dealing with me and even better she believed in me more then I did myself !! if you mess up she makes you get up and go again, what for me really really worked, I passed second time round, only due to my own silly nerves on the day of my first test, and even after being totally devastated with myself Jean still made me smile and feel good about my fail, she promised me she’d get me booked in for as soon as possible and she really did, I was back in retaking my test about two weeks after my first what’s amazing considering, I’m genuinely going to miss our lessons together, thank you so much for you help and support you’ve really changed my life 🚘❤️

Jean was absolutely amazing, I had previous lessons with another instructor and failed my first driving test. I came to Jean unsure of my driving capabilities and feelings of anxiousness when getting behind the wheel, but after some lessons with Jean she helped me massively ! I booked another test with her and passed first time after our lessons together. Throughout the whole process Jean was absolutely incredible she really helped me to feel comfortable behind the wheel gave me clear instructions and honest feedback to improve my driving and was all around just a lovely person who made me feel comfortable and confident during out lessons together. I honestly can’t thank Jean enough for helping me finally pass !! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone she really is a lovely lady and an amazing driving instructor

It’s critical you find someone who understands what the learner needs and how best to help them build the confidence that can help them pass….. well look no further!  I could not recommend Jean highly enough.  She taught my daughter who recently passed first time as well as a few of her friends and what I am most familiar pressed by is how she adapts her approach and technique to meet the needs of each individual. Having failed my driving test over 10 years ago, I was struggling with confidence and had forgotten a lot over the years, and kept putting it off. I finally decided to do an intensive course and am so glad I chose to do it with Kent Intensive Driving School! Pete was absolutely brilliant - so patient and kind, never once getting frustrated and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’m so grateful for everything he taught me, and he ensured I was fully prepared on the day of the test and knew exactly what to expect so there were no surprises. And honestly the best ever instructor! She was incredibly patient with me, even when I wasn’t the easiest student, and she always made sure I was driving safely and properly prepared for my test.

She really took the time to help me improve and build my confidence. Jean also went above and beyond for me in ways she really didn’t have to, which I genuinely appreciate.

I have just finished a weeks intensive driving course and passed first time something that wouldn’t have been possible without the help and support Ricky gave me. I can’t recommend Ricky highly enough he knows all the test routes and he has a very good first time pass record. As one of the older turkeys left on the learner shelf I can thoroughly vouch for Pete's magic touch as he managed to get my previously disinterested 52 year old carcass through a series of lessons and ultimately my test last Wed (with only a single minor fault to boot). I can think of no better recommendation than to end this review with the revelation that Pete is now the steward of my daughter's learning journey as a result of his efforts with me, albeit she's learning manual like a proper grown up whilst I was only allowed in my mum's automatic. :)

When I started driving i was very nervous and couldn't seem to put it together but petes laid back approach really helped me get out of that rut. I drove a car for the first time at the beginning of summer and I passed yesterday (September). Would highly recommend him, a right laugh.

As for getting in contact with kent intensive driving school it was very simple and useful and I was put in contact with an instructor very quickly.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a really great experience learning to drive with Ricky, and I would highly recommend him to anyone preparing for their driving test.

Ricky has a very good reputation, and there’s a good reason for it. Most of his students pass their driving test on their first attempt, and I’m very happy to say that I did the same! 😊

I had been driving on the opposite side of the road in my home country, so one of the most difficult things for me was changing habits that had become second nature. I was also quite nervous about driving on 50 mph roads. Ricky understood this and patiently helped me overcome it by repeatedly taking me on 50 mph routes until I became comfortable and confident.

He knows the local test routes extremely well, which was a huge advantage during my preparation. His teaching is very detailed, and he pays close attention to even the smallest mistakes. He explains everything clearly and gives you plenty of opportunities to practise until it becomes natural.

What I appreciated most was his patience, attention to detail and encouragement. He didn’t just teach me how to pass the test; he helped me become a safer and more confident driver.

Thank you so much, Ricky, for all your guidance and support. I’m really pleased that I passed first time. Highly recommended!

Throughout our course of lessons Jean was extremely courteous & professional in her approach. The lessons were really enjoyable and informative as well as giving me absolutely all the information and advice i could possibly need for me to become a better driver.
When i started to learn to drive i was completely inexperienced and quite nervous, however with the help of Jean i was confident within a short matter of lessons.

Absolutely brilliant and knows what she is about
I was very anxious to start with, knowing a had my test  due a week ahead.
She took her time to take me through everything I needed to know, built up my confidence on the road and prepared me not only to pass the driving test, but to be a safe and responsible driver.
I can’t recommend her enough.

He understood my worries around driving and really helped me keep calm. If anyone is looking for someone reassuring and putting absolutely no pressure on you, go to Ricky ! I always looked forward to my lessons, not matter how difficult it would feel for me, Ricky was always there to reassure me. We’ve had plenty of laughs and I will miss my lessons, but I cannot thank him enough for everything he’s taught me and to finally getting a pass my first time with 1 fault 🥳

My previous driving instructor had an emergency and was unable to continue teaching me, leaving me with only three weeks before my driving test. Although I had driving experience from another country, I still had a lot to learn about driving in the UK.

I struggled to find an instructor who could help me at such short notice, but Intensive Driving School came through and matched me with the best instructor I could have asked for. Mr. Ricky was incredibly accommodating and adjusted his schedule to fit me in for lessons on three consecutive days before my test.

From the beginning, he believed in my ability to pass and worked hard to make sure I was fully prepared. He is professional, honest, patient, and straightforward in his teaching style. Most importantly, he helped build my confidence behind the wheel, which I believe was a key factor in passing the test.

On the day of the test, Mr. Ricky was calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thanks to his excellent guidance and encouragement, I passed with a CLEAN SHEET, no major faults and no minor faults!!
