I had 20 hours tuition from Pete, 10 years after my first round of hourly lessons and I can’t fault my experience.

Friendly, professional instruction all week, and we shared a lot of laughs along the way. Pete was patient, clear, and had me feeling like a natural in no time at all.

Learning to drive was a necessity rather than a desire initially, but by the end of the week I genuinely enjoyed driving and looked forward to doing so.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend Kent Intensive Driving School. Having tried both hourlies and intensive lessons, learning the intensive way is by far the better option in my opinion. If I had to do it again, I’d go back and learn with Pete without question!

I started with zero driving experience in a manual with Pete. He was really calm and gave me memorable tips to drive better for life. After deciding an automatic was for me Alison taught me in her great little car which was very enjoyable and I’m over the moon to pass first time! Would 100% recommend both Pete and Alison. Pete is a great instructor, he is pleasure to learn with, he made everything so simple I would fully recommend.

I had a 20 hour intensive course in December and whilst I failed my first test, Allison swiftly booked me another, which I went on to pass. Allison was honest about what hours I needed and didn’t try to get me to do anymore hours than necessary. Alison Leonard was a very good, patient instructor. She never made me feel nervous or like I was doing something wrong. I passed having felt very relaxed in the test- a credit to Alison’s teaching, having made me feel as prepared as I could be. She was also a dream to spend hours with in a car. Open to talking if I wished, but also perfectly happy to sit quietly if I needed to focus. She covered all I needed to know, and more.

I’d been learning to drive on and off for over 1.5 years due to moving, and thought it was time to try an intensive course and finally get my license. Mo figured out what I needed to work on very quickly and we managed to fit 15 hours in 4 days. It was really hard but so worth it and I passed first time! I couldn’t have done it without Mo, she pushed me to learn everything I could and I’m so grateful.

Pete’s teaching made me feel really comfortable and positive in the car. I went from what was essentially a beginner to being confident enough (25 hours later) to go into my practical test and pass first time. I thoroughly enjoyed my intensive course and was shocked at how quickly I was able to pick things up and develop skills that would allow me to drive safely for life. I will definitely be recommending Kent Intensive Driving School to my friends and family.
