Being with Kent Intensive Driving School has been the best decision of my life!, I’ve had more than 2 driving instructors in the passed & none of them will comepare to Pete. I cannot find the words to thank him enough , not only has he taught me a skill for life but he has given me confidence to know I am able to do it. Pete is a credit to the driving school he’s so calm and positive , always letting me know how I can improve ( in a helpful not rude way ). I’m Calum Cowburn, I’m 21 years and completed the majority of my learning at age 17, but never went on to complete my test, for many reasons, one of which being a lack of confidence.
I booked in for a 15 hour intensive course with Peter Barnett after a 1 hour assessment lesson in December.
Pete did wonders for my confidence and out of the 3 instructors I had, was definitely the best suited for anyone who struggles.
I would recommend Pete as a driving instructor to anyone who asks me

Did a 25 hour course in Automatic with Dave. He was a really calm instructor and made me feel really confident with my driving from the beginning, which was helpful as I had minimal driving experience and was quite nervous starting. Dave really took the time to make sure I was confident with every aspect of driving and what was going to be on the practical test. He took me through every aspect of the test and I managed to pass first time with his support. Couldn’t of had a better experience!!

Alison has been so good in getting my daughter through her driving lessons. She’s incredibly patient and approachable making it much easier for my daughter who can get quiet anxious. I highly recommend her. Will definitely use her again for my son. Thank you Alison.

I’ve been driving for just over a month now after passing first time with Alison, who made me feel comfortable as a driver and taught me much faster than I imagined. In the weeks course I under took I had little pressure put on me as a driver which let me get on with it and really grasp driving. As a student, it seems intimidating but the cost is worth every penny and can work out cheaper. Thanks again for the opportunity, would recommend.

I had Andy Holt as my instructor and he wasn’t my first, although he shall be my last. I started as quite a nervous driver but Andy paced my lessons accordingly and thanks to his instruction I passed my test and am now on the roads myself. As happy as I am to be driving I shall miss our lessons, thanks for all your help Andy. -Simon Clark.

I had Mo as a driving instructor and all I can say is that she is a legend. I passed first time and that is entirely down to her awesome instruction. It was a laugh everyday, which made the 4 hours of driving each day not feel like a chore. I can’t thanks Mo enough.
